Tents and accessories for weekend events are usually installed at the end of the week, from Wednesday to Saturday. Delivery day is assigned the Monday before so that weather conditions can be taken into consideration. Preferred days, (Wed./Thurs.) are allotted by date of deposit ‹ book early and you get your pick! Generally, take-down days are Monday and Tuesday; weather permitting. Weekday events are scheduled as necessary. Tables and Chairs. Table and chair counts often change between reservation and delivery. Except for large changes, please wait until scheduling time to submit final numbers. Upon delivery, tables and chairs will be stacked beneath the tent and should be restacked, as left, after your event to avoid extra charges. Tables and chairs must be under cover at all times and should not be placed along the edge of the tent. Set-up and/or break-down of these items can be requested in advance for an extra fee, please call with questions. Sidewalls. Pole tents are delivered with enough sidewall to cover two sides (i.e. a 40' x 60' tent will have at least 100' of sidewall). We have solid, clear and French window styles; you may request a mix. Sidewalls will be delivered folded up and placed under the tent. Use as necessary by clipping the sidewalls on the cord up under the inside perimeter so that they hang between rope and sidepole; please leave sidewalls under cover when not in use. Dance Floor, Bandstand/Staging & Lights. These items will be installed by Atlantic Tent.
